Fabricated 'racism'

Lego has been accused of 'racism' because of supposed similarities between its Star Wars model of  “Jabba’s Palace”.
and Istanbuls Hagia Sophia mosque

The Jabba case came to light after an Austrian Turk complained after his sister had bought his son the box set.
Austria’s Turkish community also took issue with the figures that went with the palace, including Jabba.
“It is clear that the ugly figure of Jabba and the whole scene smacks of racial prejudice and vulgar insinuations against Asians and Orientals as people with deceitful and criminal personalities.”

As an indication of the anger felt over Jabba’s Palace, (The Turkish Cultural Community of Austria) said it was considering taking legal action against Lego for inciting racial hatred and insulting human dignity.

  Well get a grip because
1, Hagia Sophia is not a mosque, it is a museum
2. Its main structure  was designed and used as   a Christian Basilica for over  1,000 years before being captured by Islam so if anyone needs moaning it is the Christians.

Thus far Lego has declined to apologise.

It didn't incite anything in me, I've always hated Mooselimbs.

Absolutely. Haiku at my place has a piece tomorrow on real racism by the ANC. These people attacking Lego need to get a grip.
